No not on the streets of Egypt.. no surprise at all, to close to Gamel Mubarek, big friend for the presidents son, never will they hang him the shit will come on Gamel if they hang him, They are the words whispered all over Egypt, please do not give our names or they will hang us, like always promises, they promised there would be a trial. When Egypt denied Dubai's extradition request during the investigation, the Dubai police sought assurances from Egypt that it would pursue the case; and given the huge media attention the Egyptians had little option but to comply. made a big song and dance about it,, the November 08. in The main court on Port said street Cairo was cordoned off and the army had soldiers on the route each soldier was at arms length apart and this cordon went all the way up to the second floor court doors where the trial was held. no photos I was warned as I marched up stairs on my second visit to see the Court translator. this trial a murder trial only had two court appearances,, my fraud/swindle case has up to date taken 3 years, its all a show as like all the times they have come from Geneva on human right cases. a promise is made to break. the results of the trial went in front of the grand mufti Sheikh Ali Gomaa is the current Grand Mufti of Egypt. who said that the conviction stands and the hanging is to take place. ha ha . just joking. we are in wonderland, I hate to think what Tamims parents and friends are having to go through again, knowing there is going to be a re trial.

  1. FLATS IN LUXOR and NILE VALLEY HOTEL ripping off ex-pats

The story of the White House being built, stolen and resold by Luxor West Bank mafia

  2. Mahmoud Jahlan and Jane Akshar famous Flats in Luxor hidden organization:

There is the so called “kabeer” or the secret sponsor of the mafia group, Mahmoud Jahlan (Abd el Al Omr) married to the UK citizen Jane Akshar. There are also providers of the secret sponsor bound to him by close family ties: Hassan, Hamdy, Fares, Naggar and Ali Shaban Abd el Al Omr, all the sons of their druncard father Shaban Abd El Aal Omr married to Bedaweya Hodary Mahmoud.
The providers involve foreigners to build, and when a building is half finished it is taken from a foreigner by force or by a cunning scheme and sold at a half-price to the sponsor. The sponsor then resells the object to another Egyptian (the client) from El Tod or keeps it as a part of the renting company Flats in Luxor. In my case the clients of the sponsor was the Dutch-Egyptian couple running the “Nile Valley” Hotel.

In 2012 many could see another cheated ex-pat beatind the dust in Luxor: Martin from Holland, shoeewed out of his property by Ali Shaban and given a shelter by the lame Fares Shaban after whom he usually is walking as his slave along the East Bank streets. Local people informed me that his property was bought by Mahmoud Jahlan either.

The last stolen by the mafia building now (after the outer and inner design of it was changed) is put on sale (See http://www.nilevalley.nl/Appartments_for_rent_in_Luxor_at_Nile_Valley_Hotel.html

Some foreigners who know the initial owner of the project made inquieries on the property. The present "owners" related them a totally conjured -up story, in which the 46 y.old lady was portrayed as a girl cheated not by a well organized group but by a boy, who, after taking my money, disappeared.

The property is under the court regulation and can be sold to you to further enrich the mafia. TAKE CARE.

  3. My wife and I were shocked to find out that the Flats in Luxor is a recycling company in fact: it employs money got from the ripped off foreigners to build property to rent again to foreigners. That could be named a local money laundromate (although that the cleared funds are from the victims involved in construction and development activities with the memebrs of the multi-level criminal group pretending to be meak and weak poor Samarithians).

We personally know the person robbed by Abd El Al Omar family (Mahmoud Jahlan Abd El Al Omar being one of them).

Beware, renting or buying from Jane Akshar and her criminal prfi husband you participate in supporting ruhless professional robbers.

And Please, take care of Your funds.

  5. I bet if you are interested in Luxor and antiquities and use Google you have thousand times came across the so called “Flats in Luxor” rental company on different web-pages.

The owners of that enterprise offer books on ancient Egypt, calendars, trips to hidden jewels of Egypt under their guidance… and flats, for rent or for sale.

Flats in Luxor is formed in 2003 by UK citizen J. Akshar (58) who relocated to Luxor to escape bad weather, stress and misery after her husband’s death in the UK and her egyptian business husband M. JAhlan (Al Azzab Abd El Al Omr, 38).

From rugs to riches with the assistance of underhand practices (based on robbery of unfortuate male and female ex-pats in Luxor who tried to build their homes there), this couple (or rather the male part of it) in less than 10 years have accumulated the wealth worth of 3 mln $, as is stated on their business website.

But even with all the PR support of Jane Akshar her scam partner failed to camouflage a well-organized multilevel mafia with Mahmoud Jahlan its owner, on top.

For Mahmoud Jahlanis actually the secret sponsor of the tight WEst Bank mafia group!

The assistants of Jahlan are his cousins: Hassan, and Ali, and Fares, and Naggar, and Hamdy Shaban Abd El Al Omar. They task is to involve foreigners to build and, when a new building is ready, take it by force or by a cunning scheme. In the process of building itself a lot of money is being milked usually out a poor victim.

The goal of each endeavour would be to sell the property at a half-price to Mahmoud or his wife Jane Akshar. Those ones later resell it to another Egyptians from El Tod, which gives them a substantial provision to enjoy their life and to further increase the portfolio of properties offered to tourists from the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

This famous Luxor mafia kreepingly engrosses in itself other UK citizens who work as their agents.

The mean and so mundane deeds of the Anglo-Egyptian “Egyptology lovers” are so well covered, indeed being something of a hidden pond in the nice bucolic surroundings, that the law-obedient Western media such as the Prestigious Trip Advisor gave the Sertificate of Excllence to their Flats in Luxor business in 2013.

The semantic analysis of the travelers reports who “used to rent” a property of Flats in Luxor company shows a strange similarity in most of the text placed at Trip Avisors’ pages. Might be Plain Jane used web-tools to create them in her spare time which she spends drinking beer while her partner toils managing building teams? Nobody knows… We have tried to contact the mentioned reporters by email, but got no answers.

When people lie they tend to believe what they fancy. Sure of the strong coverage and the image of a devoted egyptologyst (albeit without egyptian work permit) created by her in the virtual space Jane Akshar recently tried to self-promote her even to the the so called Luxor vounteer committee formed to help ex-pats sort out their numerous problems in Luxor.

Anyway, trying to make your second home in Luxor mind that in this city, the facade of affluent and mighty in 90% of cases covers the not so pleasant facts about their means to their goals.

There have been numerous cases of robbery here, and all these nice houses are built on money milked out of european people of both genders who tried to relocate to Luxor for their retirement with or without the assistance of West Bank locals.

Buying ot renting something on the West Bank you deal with cream of scams!
